Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to send our sincere greetings to you. Hope you read this website in best of your spirits. We are an orphanage home that takes care of orphan children in the region of Sierra Leone, Bo district, West Africa. We would like to tell you about how the orphanage is started and would like to go on a journey with you to give the children of the orphanage a hopeful future.
A few years ago, I, Lamarana Shour, saw the need among the children of BO. God showed me that I could make a difference to these children and with His help give them a good and hopeful future. At that moment I started to save money so I could buy a piece of land to build a house for these children who need so much help. I also founded the Grace SL Foundation with some other people from abroad. Till so far, we have rented a house for the children, so that they had a safe place to stay, getting proper meals and can go to school for their education.
Last year we started building a house with a sponsor and my own investment
from my savings, so in the future we don’t have to spend money for the rent of a house and can use all donations for the well-being of the children. The construction of the house is now well advanced and the last construction activities must be done so that the children and their supervisor(s) can move into the house.
We request you that the orphanage is in great need of some donation from your side.
There are now more than 15 (fifteen) young children who are living in the orphanage, and there is nobody that can provide basic facilities to them. The orphanage is running by donations from some of the kind-hearted person like you.
We have been running this orphanage home for providing shelter, healthcare and educating the orphan children while providing them excellent living and other amenities. We have come to know about the agenda to support such activities in this region to take part in the local social development. In this regard we humbly offer you to sponsor and support us through our projects. As you know that the Christmas is ahead. The children from the orphanage are looking forward for someone who can share the happiness of Christmas with them. Your little donation will make the life of these orphan children better.
